TAIym believes in providing opportunities early on in the career and during university level. One such strong industry- academia collaboration to facilitate these development opportunities is with MIT-WPU Pune.

TAIym is involved with guest lectureships, workshops, mentoring thesis works and site visits with MIT-WPU Pune students.

One such workshop for students was organised on “Challenges and Career opportunities in Tunnelling and Underground Construction” on 12th June 2019. TAIym’s core members addressed the students, talking about the potential career opportunities and the challenges in the industry.

In cooperation with HCC-MMS JV a site visit was also organised at the ongoing work site on 12th July 2019 at UGC-02 of Mumbai Metro Line-3. The visit focused on “TBM Working and Operations”.
Many more interactions are being undertaken and planned.
